About the Role

Ideally you will come from and accountancy and finance recruitment agency background however, if you have recruited in a white collar professional space you would be considered. The focus of the desk is Qualified Accountants and above. Also, fund management, commercial managers, tax managers etc. Senior roles that require a level of professionalism. The desk is warm and through their excellent reputation, job flow isn't a concern. In saying that, the ideal candidate will not suffer from 'phone fear' there are plenty of accounts to work over but the ability to speak to new or colder clients is always appreciated. This role would be perfect for a consultant who has a couple of years experience and would like to work with more autonomy, in a fun environment with industry leaders.

Requirements

  • Must work with integrity and honesty

  • Ideally have come from a A+F recruitment background but not essential

  • Experience working within a recruitment agency environment

  • Have a desire for progression

  • Self motivated as there is a lot of flexibility and trust

  • A team player attitude

About the Company

$80,000 - $100,000 + Commission + Perks

Based in Auckland CBD this agency has an amazing reputation within the Accounting and Finance vertical. The leadership team are experts with a consistent history of delivering while also being very approachable, friendly, and all-around good fellas. The agency is high performing but enjoy a multitude of social events and incentive trips; murder mystery nights, pool tournaments, Queenstown getaways to name a few. They have a very trusting culture. Friday the whole group has a WFH day, a wellness day once a quarter, birthday off, Southern Cross and a wellness allowance of $300 a quarter for your wairua. They are collaborative, supportive, and excellent at what they do. With a unique comm structure that allows you to earn comms without a threshold.
