Billing Manager - Manufacturing

About the Role

Salary Range - $90,000 - $120,000 + Comms

This role is for a manager who is prepared to lead from the front. The desk is focused toward the Manufacturing space. It would be ideal if you have experience recruiting in the vertical. The successful applicant would be managing a team comprised of 3 Consultants, one of whom is extremely high performing. A background in managing recruiters with varying experience would be fantastic. You must also be able to provide a strong and consistent history of billings. As it is difficult to put a dollar figure on billings, an estimate of hours would be acceptable.

Requirements

  • Management experience in a relevant vertical

  • Ability to lead from the front and run a profitable desk

  • A proven record of performance in contracting

  • Exposure to managing Consultants of varying levels of experience
