About the Role
Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 + Comms + Park
There's a requirement for an experienced recruitment professional to maximise the potential across several large accounts and long-standing PSAs. The core of the business sits in the development space, PMs and BAs, and also testers, architects, etc. 90% of the business is contracting. This would suit a Consultant who is familiar with the pace and urgency of the space. Experience working on a large account would also be beneficial. A proven history of breaking into new accounts would be ideal. The role would suit someone who is entrepreneurial and has ambitions of working towards ownership.
Requirements
Experience in the IT contracting space.
A history of nurturing existing accounts.
Strong relationship management and business development skills
A deep understanding of Project Services.
Excellent communication, business, and commercial nous.
