About the Role

Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 + Comms + Park

There's a requirement for an experienced recruitment professional to maximise the potential across several large accounts and long-standing PSAs. The core of the business sits in the development space, PMs and BAs, and also testers, architects, etc. 90% of the business is contracting. This would suit a Consultant who is familiar with the pace and urgency of the space. Experience working on a large account would also be beneficial. A proven history of breaking into new accounts would be ideal. The role would suit someone who is entrepreneurial and has ambitions of working towards ownership.

Requirements

  • Experience in the IT contracting space.

  • A history of nurturing existing accounts.

  • Strong relationship management and business development skills

  • A deep understanding of Project Services.

  • Excellent communication, business, and commercial nous.
