About the Role

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Attractive Commission Model.

Do you enjoy recruitment but find the administration component annoying? Are you tired of recruiting in a mundane vertical with an unreliable candidate base? Frustrated by the lack of interaction with the real decision makers in your business? If so, this could be the perfect role for you! There's a large proportion of the temp market that isn't being serviced, which is why a recruiter with a temp background who is looking for a step up would be perfect. The ideal candidate will possess that experience, with strong values, and operate with integrity. Communication is key, as is the ability to work as a team; collaboration is encouraged and rewarded. You will be responsible for driving business in the temp space, developing business, and registering candidates, while the ad writing, references, and profiles are done by a dedicated consultant.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience working in a collaborative recruitment agency

  • A desire to work in a cool industry, with interesting clients and candidates.

  • You must have run a temp or contract desk, this could be blue collar or business support

  • An ease when it comes to business development on 'warmish' leads

  • Ideally, you will be naturally curious when it comes to digital marketing and social media.
